With its spherical primary hull, compact engineering section, and unmistakable late-24th-century profile, the Olympic-class Pasteur combines the visual lineage of Starfleet’s earliest explorers with the technology of its future. Its brief but memorable appearance—including a dangerous mission into Klingon-controlled space—secured the vessel a lasting place among collectors and starship enthusiasts.

In the alternate future glimpsed in “All Good Things…,” Captain Beverly Picard commanded the Pasteur during Jean-Luc Picard’s investigation of the temporal anomaly in the Devron system. The vessel was lost under Klingon attack, but its crew was rescued by the refitted Enterprise-D.
